Lustre Melbourne will not hold or store any credit card details that you provide when purchasing from the website.

Pricing

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices are subject to change without any notice at our discretion, including shipping costs

Payment

Lustre Melbourne uses the eWay secure payment service, and can accept payment via eWay using Visa, MasterCard or Debit Card. If you would prefer to make payment via Direct Debit/EFT, please contact us so that this can be arranged. Orders will not be processed/dispatched until full payment has been received.

Shipping

Due to the hand-made nature of our Lustre Melbourne candles, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be poured and dispatched. Please let us know if your order is urgent and we will do our best to accommodate this. Please note, we may refuse to dispatch some candle orders due to extreme heat conditions, as this can cause damage to the candle. Any orders that are requested to be sent during these times will not be granted a refund/replacement for candles damaged by heat.

All goods are checked prior to being dispatched. If the goods are damaged in transit, please contact Lustre Melbourne within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the original packaging and the damaged goods, and we will arrange either a replacement where stock is available, or a refund. Refunds/replacements will not be granted where images of the damage are not provided.

International shipping may be organised - please contact us if you would like us to provide a quotation for this.

Unfortunately our gas lighters cannot be filled before they are shipped as our couriers do not allow it, however, they are very simple to fill. Simply purchase a Butane Gas bottle from your local hardware store (we recommend the 'Tradeflame Push On Butane Power Gas' as this has the correct fitting). To fill the lighter, insert the nozzle into the small hole at the bottom of the lighter and fill. Please ensure that you follow the safety instructions of the butane gas bottle prior to filling.

Liability & Exclusions

Lustre Melbourne will in no way accept responsibility for items that are damaged after receipt.

We do not accept responsibility for the misuse of any items purchased from this website.

Refund Policy

Please choose your items carefully, as refunds will not be granted for change of mind.

Where the goods are faulty, described incorrectly, or are significantly different to the product purchased on the website, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange (where stock is available) or store credit.

Where a refund is required, funds will be issued via eWay secure payment service. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
